This site carpetsonline24.co.uk is part of Chester’s Carpets & Flooring Ltd. By making a purchase on this site you (the purchaser) agree to our terms and conditions. You should read and understand our terms and conditions before making a purchase from this site. We (Chester’s Carpets & Flooring Ltd) reserve the right to make alterations or update our terms and conditions at any time.
The logo remains the property of Chester’s Carpets & Flooring Ltd and shall not be used by any other business or persons.
We deliver to UK mainland only excluding the Scottish Highlands and Grampian Regions. We unfortunately do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Shetland, Orkney or Scottish Islands.
When ordering please allow slightly more than the room size as the size ordered is the size which will be distributed. If you are unsure how to measure your room please refer to the FAQs or email us.
Payment will be through PayPal, either PayPal account or credit/debit card. Payment will be required immediately after purchase for your order to be processed. You will be sent an email within 24hrs confirming delivery date.
Please ensure an adult 18+ years of age is at delivery address on the specified delivery day as all goods must be received and signed for by an adult. If no adult is at this address to receive goods on this day a second delivery charge will be made. We endeavour to make delivery on the specified day but should any unforseen situations or delays occur we will not be liable.
Delivery is curbside drop only. Delivery any further than curbside is at the discretion of the driver. We will not be held responsible for any damages caused by goods being carried into or onto your property or delivery destination. Once delivery has been made our contact is complete and risk of loss or damage of goods is your responsibility. We shall not be liable for loss or damage after this point.
If, when you purchase we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability we will offer you a substitution or refund.
In the very unlikely scenario your flooring is faulty upon delivery we will require photos of fault and replacement will be made at our discretion. All carpets will be checked for faults before they leave our warehouse.
